Very comfortable semi-attached property adjacent to the owners' house. Very quiet location on the edge of the Godolphin Estate with fields all around. Unusually comfortable sofas in the main room and a well equipped kitchen where everything worked. The beds were comfortable and the shower was hot. The owners were really friendly and welcoming. They were away for a few days in the week we were there but made sure we had their contact details and stressed that they weren't far and could get back, if needed. They also put the heating on, just in case the weather turned a little cold.

The driveway is narrow and a little awkward to get on to and off from, but the owners' did say we could use theirs, which would have been easier, but I enjoyed the challenge! Strongly recommend reversing on, though. The location is 1.5 miles from the A394 at Newtown and I recommend you take that way, rather than going through Goldsithney - it's easier to get to a big road as quickly as possible. Make sure you look up the instructions for the oven in the book provided - you just need to sort out the clock before it will work.

Great location for dogs and walking. The cottage was cosy and well equipt - Mandy and Keith couldn't have done more - even bringing extra heaters and a hot water bottle when the boiler broke down. Lovely to wake up to the wonderful views and their lovely horses in the field.
