Ceci est une location entièrement meublé terme d'entreprise, à court ou à long situé près du Medical Center et NRG Stadium à Houston, TX. Idéal pour les gens qui viennent à la ville pour un traitement médical, vacances, voyages maison de chasse, les retards à la maison de clôture, les réparations en cours pour la maison actuelle, des événements spéciaux et ainsi de suite. Accès sécurisé, parking couvert. accès ascenseur de garage au niveau du plancher de l'unité. Communauté propose une piscine, un espace barbecue et un centre de remise en forme.
Ce condo d'une chambre (environ 981 pieds carrés) a une terrasse couverte privée donnant sur la cour intérieure. Chambre a un lit queen. Canapé-lit dans le salon est un queen size lit gigogne.
Situé à côté du métro Rail pour un accès facile dans le centre médical, NRG et le centre-ville. Emplacement incroyable pour NRG et les événements RODEO. Vous pouvez marcher ou monter le rail de métro. Sur le métro, il y a un arrêt pour NRG

This is a large condo about a five minute drive from the main MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston. It is perfect for one person or a couple sharing the one bedroom. The building is huge, but very quiet and peaceful all day/night and weekends. The condo is fully stocked with appliances, cookware and accessories to prepare any kind of foods. It is clean! More clean than any hotel or rental I have been in, and there have been many. The bed is also softer than any hotel bed I’ve been in at Holiday Inns, Hampton Inns and others. The sofa is soft and there is a large screen TV in the living room looking out 3 sunny windows into a courtyard. You have your own washer dryer, and a huge garden tub, double sinks and huge closet. The trash bin is right down the hall on your way to the elevator that goes down one floor to a tall gated, very secure parking garage - actual live security people 24x7 who are friendly and helpful, just as the office staff and the condo owners, Natelee and Jim. Natalee and Jim are excellent hosts and even came and installed a shower hose I needed after major surgery. I was left wanting nothing. There is even a secure mailroom for package deliveries, but you can arrange delivers to be made to your door if necessary. If you want a quiet, peaceful, healing place to stay and recover from surgery or just to get away, or can’t tolerate all the cleaning chemical scents and noise in hotels, then this is the place to be.

I rented the condo from Natalee for a 90 day medical stay. The condo was beautiful and gave me peace of mind having my own space since I was 800 miles away from family and friends. The 24/7 security and gated parking garage made me feel safe as most of the stay I was by myself. Natalee was quick to communicate to answer questions and to keep me updated on any notices from the condo association. This was an easy walk to the MD Anderson Proton Therapy Center and the METRO red line. I highly recommend

We ran into a plumbing problem fairly early in the stay and the hosts promptly responded and resolved the issue.
The property was very convenient to the medical center and very secure.

First and foremost, the owners of this condo are AMAZING! We couldn't have asked for a better team to help us along the way. This was our first time staying in the area, and they sent us details on the Metro, area, and were very friendly.
The condo itself was very easy to find, and impeccable upon entering, everything was very clean and organized. Because this was a long term rental (6+ months), there were multiple pieces we needed to coordinate together and they made it a breeze.
Strongly recommend, would stay again and again!
