This house was great. Very clean, nicely decorated and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Nice outdoor space too,and loved the outdoor shower. Great location too....quick drive to beaches and short walk to restaurants/icecream. Would definitely stay again

We had an amazing and magical stay at Kevin & Diane’s home. It is perfectly situated and close to everything. The pictures on VRBO don’t do it justice, it is the quintessential Cape Cod home.We visited the beaches and ponds of both Eastham and Wellfleet, swam, fished, took a walk around P-Town, had great Thai food from across route 6, played mini golf and had pizza just like I remembered it from the Red Barn.We returned to a beautiful home, stocked with the necessities. Kevin was a pleasure to work with, quick to respond to any inquiries. Our 13 year old son was happy to sit on the porch and read. The hydrangeas in the yard were stunning. We had a fantastic time, couldn’t have asked for better. Amazing home and amazing hosts.

Clean and comfortable. Easy walk for ice cream or the beach. Enjoyed our morning coffee and dinners one the deck and patio.

The property was okay, and we had a good time. I just don't get 10-start rating. The listing pictures might be misleading, as everything looks lighter and cleaner than it was during my stay. Some closets had no doors and there was a lot of clutter and cleaning supplies. It just felt gross trying to find a spot to hang our clothes and place our belongings. I understand the owner needs to keep these supplies somewhere, but pick one location, clear everything else and lock it up. Simple. No one needs to see all that stuff. Some light switches did not work at all, and the table lamps to lit the interior were pretty beat up. Although it was nice to find some basics in the kitchen, like some salt/sugar/condiments, the interior of the cupboards was not clean and there was a lot of half used and old expired products. The kitchen had everything we needed though, pots, pans, trays, silverware, appliances... The heating, AC and hot tub worked great and were nice to have. The yard was not cared for and I could tell it's been a looong time since the posting pictures were taken, and any landscaping work has been done. The firepit was prepared with firewood, which was nice, but overall the yard felt abandoned as well. The communication with the host was great; clear instructions for everything, and he let us check out at noon, which was nice.Is it a nice house? yes. Is it well located? yes. Is it worth the price? not for me, it needs some work and TLC.
