This was an excellent find and exactly what we wanted, clean tidy, self-contained and easy to get to. Also very quiet, out of the way enough that it was close to Papeete centre but far enough that it was peaceful and quiet. The balcony makes the place, great to be able to spend time out there with the sea & city views and a glass of wine. The vendors also have an arrangement with a car hire company, so it made hiring a car easy (onsite parking). I would recommend it to anyone.
The bed could have been more comfortable, was a bit hard. The building in general could do with a bit of TLC, nothing major just a bit of TLC. Mind you, you can say that about most places these days after Covid etc.
