The staff really made the stay. Hanna and Emma were extremely helpful. It was lovely the way all the staff engaged with the children, remembered our names and made us feel really welcome. It was also nice to stay in a smaller hotel. It felt more personal and the pool was warm enough for us to stay in for a long time.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like, but feedback for the management would be to invest in new towels. A few minor upgrades would make a huge difference.

An excellent, beautiful and truly pampering hotel. The location is perfect — close to everything, yet quiet and peaceful. What really made our stay special was how incredibly family- and child-friendly the hotel is. The entire team was warm, welcoming and genuinely caring, making us feel more like guests in a family home than in a hotel. A very special thank you to Hana and Nancy, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They were absolutely wonderful, kind, attentive and welcoming. We truly appreciated everything they did for us and our children.

Some issues with room at the start, however staff remedied this very quickly.

The rooms were designed really nice, hotel has a nice vibe and nice swimming pool. Also, for us atleast they offered 4 items per day for laundry.

Staff constantly asks you if you have any planned plans, and even if you answer no they give you "Recommendations" where to go, which tailor to pick and etc - because they get commissions on that. Don't fall for this, really. The same with a tours, the staff members comes and asks if you want go to tour, everything what they provide is overpriced and they get extra commission on that. Also bicycles, half of them are broken, or seat, or no brakes or flat tyre. We were during rainy season and if you want to get umbrella you have to pay too. The landscape from balcony just awful, I didn't expect that.
