First floor: the staircase from the ground floor leads up to a mezzanine area with glorious sea views and overlooking the dining room. On the first floor is the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and separate shower, dressing area, and balcony with a full sea view. There is a second master bedroom with ensuite bath and shower room and balcony with sea views. A third double bedroom has an ensuite shower room. A fourth double bedroom also has its ensuite shower room. From the mezzanine, a staircase leads up to the roof terrace.

The parking at the front of the property fits 3 cars, and there is additional street parking in front of the house.
