Beautiful lake house on quiet cove with stunning views.
Nous sommes tombés amoureux de ce terrain car il ya de l’eau profonde toute l’année, mais c’est au bout d’une crique où vous pouvez nager toute la journée sans vous inquiéter des bateaux qui passent. Nous avons conçu la maison autour du rêve d'une grande escapade en famille et entre amis.
Il y a 5 chambres avec lits king-size, dont 4 avec salle de bain privée. Il y a 2 chambres avec lits superposés, une avec 8 lits jumeaux et une avec 2 reines et 2 lits jumeaux. Il y a une chambre de plus avec un lit superposé sur deux lits superposés. 6 des chambres ont une vue imprenable sur le lac.
La grande cuisine devrait facilement répondre à vos besoins avec deux réfrigérateurs, deux lave-vaisselle, un double four et un micro-ondes. Il y a deux espaces de vie avec des cheminées et un autre espace pour le ping-pong avec des sièges et un bar. Il y a aussi une salle de théâtre.
Il y a un porche au rez-de-chaussée, une terrasse privée du maître et un grand patio avec terrasse au rez-de-chaussée. Le pont de la cuisine a un gril à gaz.
Le quai à deux étages comprend une plateforme de saut, une pergola, un pont de bain et un hamac au-dessus de l'eau.

An ideal home for a large group with lots of available activities for family fun and making lots of wonderful memories! There were 10 adults and 11 children ranging in age from 70 years down to 1. So appreciate having the double refrigerators and dishwashers and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. We loved swimming down at the dock and we rented a boat and were glad the lake wasn’t too crowded. The host was very responsive when we reached out to her. This was our second stay and we all enjoyed it once again, and plan on coming back.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed the house. We consisted of eight adults and ten children aged seven to thirteen. We spent the majority of our time on the lake, but we also engaged in activities such as pickleball and basketball. We intend to return in the future. Angie was an exceptional host who promptly responded to our inquiries.

The master bedroom is on the north side and does not have enough registers to heat the room even if the unit is running. Most of the time the unit never comes on because the thermostat is in the worst possible place in the kitchen where the heat from the stove keeps the thermostat satisfied so the heat never comes on. This may work very well in the summer, but does not work well at all in the winter. Angie told me about the space heater and that helped. There needs to be a space heater in the bathroom as it is even colder than the bedroom. I had to move the space heater back-and-forth between the bathroom and the master bedroom. The first two nights we were there sometimes during the middle of the night the heat would switched to 50 so we got no heat until the next morning. I got in touch with Angie and got her to change the thermostat so it would not do that. It should never have been set to that to start with. I suggest that Angie stay there a few times during the year so she can see how the HVAC units are inadequate for this house. Some of the rooms upstairs stayed too warm and some stayed very very cold. It seems that it’s only one thermostat to control three floors. Common sense would tell you this is not a good set up as each floor should have its own thermostat. There may be separate units for each different floor but they all seem to be controlled by one thermostat. If there’s more than one thermostat, we could not find them. The big TV was very good.
