The kindness of the staff, how comfortable was the bed.
The quilt was too hot for that weather.

Probably best value for money for any place I ever stayed in Japan. Extremely clean room and shower, well equipped kitchen, free laundry machine and dryer, ample parking space, kombinuje just around the corner and many more shops and restaurants in the vicinity.
