Jane was very efficient
Not used to host coming in during stay to make beds etc. I think Jane had our best interests at heart but I found her a little over bearing. Can’t criticise the location or the apartment but I like a bit more independence.

The location, service, and accessibility are all excellent. Most of all, dear Jane’s warm smile and helpfulness made us want to come back to Rome again.
We were able to walk everywhere, including the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and Termini Station. We would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome!

The owner reached out to me prior to my arrival to ensure details and set up any accommodations necessary. This attentiveness was maintained throughout my stay. The room and the facilities were clean, everything operated as it should. I could not have had a better experience.
Nothing negative to say.

We needed a place to stay overnight only so it was okay for a night. It was in a great location and was clean and neat. The breakfast was pretty good.
The walks were paper thin. We had limited sleep due to noises including loud phone ringtones that kept waking us, voices, footsteps (sounded like they were in our room!!) and more. We’re usually very tolerant of outside noises, but this was next level. Unfortunately there was no hot water for a shower in the morning.
