Location near to my wedding hall, bigger parking lots, a lot of room and beds
For me, I feel that the house isn’t regularly checked or maintained. Some of the lights aren’t working, the gate is quite difficult to open, especially when it’s raining, and there are also a few leaking pipes.

Spacious room, location was very convenient, worth the money.
Perhaps consider providing cold water & tea/coffee.
