El Molino Alto vous accueille dans le sud-ouest de Grande Canarie, à seulement 4 km de la côte de Mogán, pour un séjour paisible dans une maison de vacances, avec un environnement naturel charmant et un climat agréable toute l'année. Ce logement rural se trouve à l'étage supérieur d'un bâtiment traditionnel partagé avec El Molino Bajo, au sein d'une finca avec trois autres hébergements — idéal pour ceux qui recherchent l'intimité sans isolement total.
L'intérieur est ouvert et fonctionnel : la chambre avec deux lits doubles est intégrée à un salon chaleureux avec télévision satellite et coin repas. À l'autre extrémité se trouvent une salle de bains avec douche et une cuisine entièrement équipée.
Depuis le salon, on accède à un balcon privé avec vue sur la campagne et, par temps clair, sur la mer. À l'extérieur, une terrasse avec table à manger et deux transats vous permet de profiter du soleil et de la tranquillité.
À environ 50 mètres, une piscine avec solarium partagé est disponible — un endroit relaxant pour se rafraîchir après une excursion ou tout simplement se détendre.

The complex containing the house was very private and nicely landscaped. It is located in a quiet hamlet a little way of out the main town of Puerto de Mogan. A major plus is the private parking within the complex (very secure with an electric gate), as there is almost no public parking available in this area. There is a dirt track with very little traffic, which we used to walk into town. The top part (Alto) of the house is worth paying a little extra for as you have a private outdoor space which is not overlooked. The pool area contains enough lounging beds and parasols for all of the guests and is a nice place to sit, surrounded by plants. The apartment is bright and airy, with large full-length doors at the front which overlook the valley down to the sea. We found the beds to be comfortable and there is air-con if needed in the main bedroom area. The shower is lovely with a rainfall showerhead.
The pool is too cold to use comfortably, even on a warm day - it really needs to be heated in December. The surface around the pool is also very rough and hard to walk around without shoes. The kitchen could be better equipped. It would be helpful to have operating instructions for equipment. Due to its location on a steep hill, the parking is challenging for less confident drivers.

Lovely place, everything we needed was there. Nice swimming pool. And the views are great. Nice litlle bar and bread shop 2 kilometers away. And very helpfull organisation. Don’t hesitate, book and relax!

Nice and quiet place. The cleaning before we arrived could be better. Especially in the bathroom, watertaps and shower need a good cleaning, same with mirrors. And the balcony windows as well. It was good with extra towels, but we could do with extra bedlinen as well, since we are doing the washing our self.Since we are doing the cleaning our self, during our stay, it would be good with a small basket with cleaning stuff, and a broom.All in all, a place we would love to come back to.

A nice property with a good view down to the sea. Staying for 2 weeks and spending a few evenings cooking, we thought it was a little under-equipped in the kitchen. No restaurants nearby so you will need a car to get into Puerto Mogán and beyond. The cleaning staff were very kind and helpful, doing some washing for us mid-break.
