Location,Big rooms.Family friendly location.

Not happy with bengali Housekeeping staff.Hotel management should look into this to avoid inconvenience to guest.Day shift bengali porter was very arrogant and rude.I guess he is the hotel manager. The reception staff was not helpful when we requested for towels.Only hand towels were provide. When we asked reception we were diverted to Hotel Manager(day shift bengali porter) who straight away refused. Apart from this everything is good.
