I loved my stay so much!!! I love how the hotel intertwines tradition with modernity. Love how accessible transport is and accessibility to very nice palaces, park, food area. It is so so good and convenient that it’s embedded on top / next to Annyoung Insadong! It has really good food and is so helpful when I come back later and am tried to travel out for food again. The staff service are great. Nice manners, kind, friendly. They are also well informed. I also like how the hotel has such an elegant smell to it. The locker self service is a great idea , easy to use and the weighing machine there is very helpful! Also, the clean up ladies that does make-up of the room is so warm and approachable !

Convenient location, large rooms. The front staff were, friendly, kind and helpful. Washing machines and dryers were great. It was lovely having a view.

TV needed more English channels. Carpet in the passage was very dirty and worn, wall paper had worn patches. The bath is dangerous, incredibly slippery and needs a mat on the bottom of the bath and a rail to hold for getting in and out. Was only one suitable outlet for overseas plugs. Most hotels have USB ports next to the bed. On leaving I see a sign for a free tour, it would have been nice if the staff had advised this was available. I also don’t like paper cups.

the property was decent, it was just a headache getting into and out of the building as there were two lifts you need to use.
