Everything. There was nothing to fault. Gorgeous Neighbourhood, everything about it was cosy and beautiful.

The check in and check out went incredibly smoothly and the location was very close to both the bus lines and Blue Line that we used to get around easily. Additionally the parking permits were a great touch to avoid the struggle of finding parking in Avondale.
Also the location and the house itself were very quiet so there was no issue with grabbing sleep
Incredibly minor complaint, but the coffee machine was a little finicky. Took one or two tries to get a cup of coffee the first morning, though we had it figured out by the time we left.
Also the bathroom is one of those classic Chicago attic bathrooms with a slanted roof. Not the biggest issue but required some slouching for the taller people in our party.

The apartment itself is very cozy and nice, has literally everything one would need for a short or long stay.
Very close to O'Hare and very comfortable to get to/from there by CTA Blue Line train
The place is relatively far from downtown and places of interest (though the ride by Blue Line takes about 30 mins and is 10 min by foot away)
The toilet is not that comfortable due to it being too close to the roof slope
