Sa proximité avec le tramway et les commerces environnants. L’hôte est avenant et probablement pince sans rire.
L’exiguïté de la chambre, l’étroitesse de la salle de bain

Well-equipped apartment with the kitchen in a separate room which is good if you have a late sleeping roommate. Plus a perfect location near Vondelpark and tram stops or Airport bus. It’s on a beautiful tree lined street. Comfortable sofa, bed , and big dining table. I would stay here again.

It was all very comfortable and convenient and good value for money. We were there for almost a week and found the location to be really handy for the centre of Amsterdam but also for the rowing at the Bosbaan
The property needs a little bit of TLC. One of the windows didn’t close properly, the blinds in the kitchen need replacing and the crockery could be upgraded. Overall though we did enjoy our stay so these are just minor things that could be easily fixed.

The apartment was easy to find from the airport, just one bus to take and leave at the bus stop which was 3min walking to the place.
Quiet neighbourhood right next to grocery stores, bakers and tram/bus stops.
Had the first floor apartment which was ok with few steps to reach it.
The room was not as much clean as i would expect, bathroom and floor should be taken care more time to be cleaned. Dripping noise from the radiator all night and day long, they should fix this. Had an unpleasant first contact with the owner which he was delayed about an hour but apart from this unexpected incident he was willing to help us.
