Perfekte Lage im Zentrum von Graz
Irrsinnig heiß. Das mobile Klimagerät schafft es nicht ansatzweise, die Wohnung herunterzukühlen. Insbesondere im Schlafzimmer war es sehr drückend - der Ventilator brachte keine spürbare Verbesserung.

The location of the place is great and it's really quiet, despite being next to a tram station. There is an elevator, the bed is comfy, it has all you need for a shortish stay and it's really clean. Also, it's easy to find and the check in is really smooth.
Two things: the wi-fi is not great in the bedroom and the AC device is a portable one and isn't strong enough for the summer heat (and this is an attic apartment).

Great location, close to old town and only a 10 minute walk to the train station. There was a lift to the 3rd floor which is a bonus. Cosy apartment. Kitchen had basic utensils for an easy meal. Only 2 plates, 2 bowls etc but there were only 2 of us so it wasn’t an issue. Wifi was a little patchy sometimes. Host was very responsive and helpful. Easy contactless check in.
Sofa bed was quite uncomfortable.
