Il est proche du centre ville, dans le endroit ‘Witte’ parmis tous les café et restaurant.
L’établissement est bien propre mais avec espace très limité. C’est comme rester dans un tiroir.

I’ve stayed in several capsule hotels, and this was one of the better ones (though see reservations below!). Clean, comfortable, very pleasant staff, about 10 minutes from the harbour, 20 minutes from the station, in a street packed with bars and restaurants. Bear in mind that you will sleep in a ‘pod’, which gives you privacy, but would not suit claustrophobes, or those wanting a *lot* of fresh air.
The place runs almost entirely on systems operated by a chip on a wristband. I found this irritating and had to keep asking for advice on using it. The pods are pretty well sealed for soundproofing, so one relies on the aircon for fresh air; I felt that the airflow could have been stronger. The flooring is all black so those with poor eyesight (me again) have to be careful not to trip down steps etc; putting tape on the edges of steps would help.

That check in is smooth - location is good
They clearly don’t care about customer satisfaction. I filed a complaint about a staff member, but no action has been taken. The girl was extremely rude and made my stay an unpleasant experience. It’s disappointing to see a business ignore customer complaints instead of addressing them professionally.
I will never come back, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. One bad staff member and a lack of management response can ruin the entire customer experience.
