Masseria San Paolo Grande

We had such a lovely stay at Masseria San Paolo Grande. It’s one of those places where you immediately slow down, breathe, and feel connected to nature again. The staff were wonderful!! so kind and genuinely welcoming. And the food was honestly some of the best we had in puglia But the dogs… they really made our stay 🥹They were always around, making us feel at home from the very beginning. There was such a warm, relaxed feeling at the Masseria that we quickly felt like we belonged there. We left feeling completely relaxed and already hoping to come back. Such a special place. ❤️

Masseria San Paolo Grande is one of those rare places that stays with you long after you leave. Set in the beautiful Puglian countryside, the Masseria is absolutely stunning. Surrounded by nature and steeped in history, it combines authentic charm with understated elegance in a way that feels completely effortless. Every detail has been thoughtfully taken care of, from the beautifully designed rooms and peaceful outdoor spaces to the exceptional food and genuinely warm hospitality. The food deserves a special mention. Everything feels deeply connected to the land: fresh seasonal ingredients, produce from the garden and traditional Puglian flavours are transformed into beautifully presented dishes without ever losing their authenticity. It is refined, but never pretentious. What truly makes the experience special, however, is the team. Everyone is incredibly professional, attentive and kind, with a level of genuine care that makes you feel welcomed rather than simply looked after. The Masseria is also an extraordinary setting for a wedding or special celebration. The combination of history, nature, privacy, incredible food and beautifully curated spaces creates an atmosphere that is very difficult to replicate elsewhere. There is something incredibly special about being here. You feel completely immersed in Puglia — its landscape, its traditions, its food and its slower, more beautiful way of life.

Great pool Area

Thought restaurant food was not great and rooms need upgrade

The pool was beautiful and the staff was very friendly.

Our terrace room—located on the roof alongside solar panels—did not have adequate lighting or railings leading to the terrace. The open shower created an additional slipping hazard, and the steps to and from the bathroom were also concerning. The room offered very little privacy, no closet space, and minimal floor space. The blackout shade did not fully cover the door
