It is further away than advertised and there is no a warm connection with the airport also which wasn`t a big deal but it was challenging to find the right way to the hotel.
The bathroom was equipped with old and too bleached towels... No quality here

Very good location easy to walk to the airport.
Room size was great and worth of money.

Walking distance to airport.
Good room and good breakfast.
Also had dinner in evening.
We were able to leave our luggage off in the morning and return our car hire. We then took train to Bergen for the day returning to book in.
A bit more expensive than others, although dinner price was on a par. Close to airport so have to factor that in.

Breakfast was tasty.
Lack of communication from staff. Light switches not working. On asking for the sofa bed to be made up, we were told two hours later to move rooms as no housekeeping was available. This was at our son’s bedtime. Once moved, lights didn’t work in new room. Nothing was offered initially as an apology for our inconvenience, we had to ask! We were then offered the contents of the minibar, which was extremely kind, but a partial refund would have been nice. The men’s toilets in the reception area were mostly out of use. A 4 star experience, it was not.
