First of all, the check in was smooth and receptionists were very friendly and approachable. Room is very spacious and clean, equipped with basic toiletries and bidet! nearest MRT station is about 5 mins walk away we came to SG for concert in National Stadium so it was so convenient because it's just a stop away. Opposite hotel is the famous Haji Lane with good food and souvenir streets overall we are very happy with our stay!
Very minor issue: no luggage/ wheelchair friendly entrance, we need to carry our luggage up maybe 4-5 flights of short stairs to enter the lobby. We do get help from the staffs so is not too bad.

There’s no ramp to assist with walking into hotel with stroller.

Good gym and nice pool area
Joseph in the club lounge was very friendly and helpful
Breakfast was very busy and messy - the staff were doing their best but I would recommend going elsewhere to eat - it was packed with screaming kids and the food was average
There was a really unpleasant smell a couple of times in the room (like sulphur / rotten eggs) which only went when I turned the aircon right down
Couldn’t use the facilities (pool) after checkout
