Location.
Friendly helpful staff. Who are pleased to help you.
Our room was draughty as the window was very looose.
This made the room cold art times. The heating did not work. We were given a replacement heater.

Dust behind the radiator in room 1. Hasn't been cleaned for hundreds of years.
