Great location close to train station and cafes.
Short walk to beach.
Comfortable room - and modern bathroom.
My husband is over 6 ft tall - bed was quite low but I found it good. All new, clean and modern.
Staircase was narrow when carrying bags but that was part of the charm staying in older building.

Lovely staff member at reception. Stored my luggage and even put it in my room for me when I came back at check in time.
Good modern bathroom, comfy bed, my room faced the courtyard so was quiet.
Had two security boxes in the room, none worked. Two fridges, only one worked. You had to be very careful in the shower otherwise it flooded. No ironing facilities so all your linen clothes would stay very creased. Very noisy in the corridor with the heavy doors slamming and hearing people enter their door codes. Hangers not suitable for dresses.

"La gentillesse de l’hôte et sa disposition (même à 23h ! Télécommande fatiguée et piles changées immédiatement), la propreté et la situation à 3 mn de la gare et rue très calme ☺️"
