Location
To begin with after check in I had a problem with the tv I called the reception they sent me someone who said he will let the technician to come second day at 9:00 no one came and no one followed up. I woke the second day the bathroom was full of mosquitoes and green flies I took video and went down and showed it to the reception they apologized and promised to fix it as soon as possible. I came back at 4:00pm to find out that the room is still as it is although I left “clean my room” at the door. After waiting for 1 hour they came and clean. I woke the second day and the problem in the bathroom appeared again. I requested a late check out till 3:00pm which is the least they can do to apologize for the bad experience, they said I have to pay half night which is 350eur. I paid 700€/night for a 5 stars luxury experience. I received 1 star service.
