Customer service was great, especially from Martin Fogt. He gave us personalized walking map and instructions for a fantastic day trip to Lauderbrunen. The spa was luxurious and the free transportation card gave us access to the local sites. We highly recommend this property to anyone interested in a very special stay and experience.

Our guest room was a bit small, but comfortable and clean.

The location is superb, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to everything in Wengen. The hotel is well situated and offers a very convenient base for exploring the area . The staff throughout the hotel, including the front desk, fitness center, kitchen were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.

The pool area could be better maintained. Some of the tiles had yellowish discoloration, which made the area look less clean than expected. I was also surprised that guests appeared to be free to take photos around the pool, which raised some privacy concerns. There also seemed to be little attention to ensuring that guests showered before entering the pool. Another unexpected detail was the lack of shower caps in the guest rooms. I specifically asked the front desk for one, but was told that none were available. While this is a small amenity, I would have expected a hotel of this standard to provide one, at least upon request.

Good location. Friendly and helpful staff.

The room was tired and outdated. There was only one outlet in the room by the beds, aside from the bathroom. This was pretty inconvenient when it came to charging devices to be ready the following day. Granted we were in an economy room (comfort economy) but it was really tiny. Breakfast wasnt great and we had to ask for a number of items such as coffee cups to be replenished. It appeared to be understaffed.
