We had a wonderful stay at Swissôtel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall hospitality was excellent.
A special mention to Montano, who assisted us with our luggage. He was very polite, friendly and helpful, and greeted us with a warm smile.
Thank you to the entire team for making our stay pleasant and memorable. We look forward to visiting again!
Everything wad ok, I feel more cleanliness would be an added advantage

Staff was caring, polite and helpful. They accommodated our request for extended check out. Changed our room when we complained of noise
The traffic noise, the hotel is next to a busy road and flyover, soundproofing wasn't adequate. We had trouble sleeping.
It didn't help that the apartment building is separate from the hotel and there's a long walk to breakfast
