Everything was perfect, the staff and hotel room; I loved this hotel and will surely come back; all my respect to the excellent staff, specially Mr. Mohammad.
I did not like that they couldn't extend my stay for few hours after check-out time since my airplane was late at night; that day. I had to leave the hotel and search for another hotel to stay the 4 extra hours before going to airport.

I had a great stay at Hotel Plaza! Everything was good, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Mohammed was especially helpful. He kindly offered me a late checkout, even though I ended up not needing it, and also gave me some great tips on places to visit and things to do.
I’ve stayed at several other hotels in the same area with similar prices per night, and honestly, they didn’t come close to the quality of this place. Great value for money, excellent service, and a very welcoming atmosphere.
I’ll definitely come back on my next visit!
Rooms are a bit outdated, but the hotel is under renovation, although it is much better that the other places in al hamra
