The view, the location, the cleanliness, the attention to detail, the breakfast, the room facilities, the AC, the shower , the pool , the quality of the sunbeds … but what really makes it special is the service. From the reception staff to cleaning staff to the bar staff to the breakfast staff who were like a well trained army unit putting fresh ingredients out the minute they looked depleted, ALL of the staff were super friendly and helpful- I hope the owners know how lucky they are and pays them well. Fantastic stay. I’d recommend a lake view room.

For the price, the room was OK. Comfortable, quiet and clean.

The location is on a busy road so the outside areas are loud - it’s not peaceful at all. Some staff were good, others unpleasant and rude. Breakfast was really bad. Terrible coffee (in Italy!), brown fermented fruit salad, inedible eggs. Stay here if you need a low cost place in this area. If you don’t, stay somewhere else.
