Breakfast was fine, a bit crowded and the hot selection isn’t great but it’s basically OK. Room was fine, no probs.
Location - bit far to walk(for me) to the Spa. Also NO spa tickets were included with this booking so we had to buy them. Usually with other providers (this was with Booking.com) something is included. Bit ridiculous really and we paid a lot for a basic room.

loved the location and spa
the only availablity when we booked was a family room - at extra cost, there was no way that was a family room and looked on the booking.com website since and it was a standard double room we were allocated but paid for a family room. We had friends also staying who had booked direct with the hotel and got a "couples package" including breakfast, dinner and massage. We paid extra for dinner and breakfast which was very disappointing and breakfast quite poor for a hotel of that standing. Staff good and the location of the hotel and decor wonderful - would go again but not stay in the hotel Termas
