Accueil très agréable par le personnel. Situation géographique exceptionnelle.
Très bruyant. j'entendais tous les allers-retours des autres clients pendant la nuit.

The location is perfect the staff are amazing and helpful. They upgraded me thank God since the single room would not have fit my luggage. its like a boutique hotel very cozy in a nice area
I had to climb a few steps to my room, which was not easy with 3 luggages but you can ask for assistance. bathrooms are too tiny would be a problem if you are more than one person

Location and friendly staff, nice breakfast. Sanja was particularly helpful and caring in assisting us to get to Gare Du Nord during the Pope visit. She communicated with the Taxi company to coordinate the best solution with roads closed. Very warm and friendly.
Tight small room, exposed wires.
