Hello, I just wanted to thank Charles. The professionalism was excellent, the hotel was very well maintained, and the rooms were high quality. The only small downside was breakfast. The facilities like the pool were great. And a huge thank you to the entire Space Laguna team for their smiles, availability, and warm welcome.

the location, just off from the beach, but you will never feel disconnected from ao nang, it is a beautiful walk to and from hotel to the ao nang road and its right outside, everything accessible under 2-5 mins walk, the best part that it is surrounded by cafes for great great food

the breakfast, it wasnt limited but i feel the overall taste and options can improve alot more, it will be great to see more fruit more bakery and a better arrangement. The wifi was a big big issue, maybe we were the corner room so didnt have enough connectivity but it was really bad as a foreigner trying to use the internet

It's an exceptional hotel. We had a lovely time during our stay. The staff is very friendly and super help. The room is very spacious and clean.

Only one thing to complain is the shower head. It's need to be fix.

Room was big and clean and a great view

Check in - it was so hot and I was dripping with sweat whilst filling in their paperwork. The staff didn’t offer to share the 2 fans behind the desk. Or there really should be a fan on the other side of the desk for guests upon check in. Also, we arrived at 12:30pm and got told our room wasn’t ready and check in was at 2pm. But the hotel was not fully occupied and they knew we were coming and could have cleaned a room earlier. Or they could have asked us to take a seat, or use the pool or enjoy happy hour, but didn’t say anything. It was a bit weird and cold.
