Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, von der Reinigungskraft bis zur Animation und zum Service Die Anlage ist sehr weitläufig und gepflegt

Im Aussenbereich sind einige Katzen anzutreffen. Leider werden diese von Gästen gefüttert, was sie natürlich immer wieder anzieht.. im Essbereich haben diese nichts verloren, bei aller Liebe zu den Tieren.. Das Angebot im Wellnessbereich ist leider in die Jahre gekommen.. die Sauna und das Dampfbad funktionierten nicht, der Whirlpool war nur lauwarm (für Mitte September eindeutig zu wenig) - aufgrund eines Gutscheins sind keine Kosten entstanden..

The staff were lovely and were amazing with our 1 year old daughter. Food was decent and good range of drinks available. Resort is beautifully green with palms etc everywhere.

Would recommend bringing Deet for the evenings due to mosquitos.

Breakfast was good, plenty of options.

Location made it difficult to access restaurants

Beautiful green hotel, large variety of food in the buffet, Different food every day spacious rooms and large balconies lots of afternoon activities

Rocky beach - very unpleasant to enter and exit! although on the photos the beach look sundy in fact it's NOT At the buffet staff were always on you, taking plates while you were eating; although lunch and dinner should be closing at 3pm and 10pm respectively, staff pushed you away and closed down before that time with saying 'we have to close'; Unreasonably early check-out No drinking water dispensers Everything you do at the hotel is at extra cost - baby cot, drinking water; cocktails are unreasonably expensive - we felt ripped off Just one restaurant - you have breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the same place - good for short stay
