Staff was friendly, beautiful garden and very quiet

A few mosquitoes at the time but they were fumigating during our stay Mosquito coils and sprays were provided also

The accommodation and surroundings were lovely. Very tranquil The rooms were lovely there is an outdoor bathroom which was great in two of the rooms but the third the floor was a bit difficult if you needed to get up in the middle of the night. Staff were also lovely

The open area of the living room was nice but there were a lot of bitey things at night so you had to have insect repellent at all times. The major thing I did not like was it was too far out from Seminyak town but the taxis were cheap and plentiful. There was an area you could walk to for shopping and food. There was an sea was very rough not for swimming

Great location, great rooms, great staff. Almost everything was excellent

Two primary complaints. 1. The airport transfer was $40USD which is exceptionally high, almost double grab. The convenience of an airport transfer is great, but I’m unclear why it’s roughly double a grab. Secondly, I had to pay the driver in cash myself. This was a genuine frustration and surprise, I only arrive with emergency cash for incidentals and using half of it to pay the driver was a real annoyance especially given how expensive it was. This could easily catch done tourists off guard. Management should immediately review how much they are charging for this service and how payment is handled, as it brought down their overall score significantly. The mosquito net over the bed was good but a bit dirty and needs washing or replacing but not a big deal
