A beautiful and quiet location, modern, well-equipped rooms with excellent lighting and a wonderful view of the river Danube. Very pleasant and helpful staff at reception.

Parking spaces are quite narrow but we were grateful to have safe, on-site, underground parking.

We spent two nights here getting ready for our bike tour to Vienna, and it was the perfect place to stay. The hotel is lovely and tucked away in the beautiful old town of Passau. Our room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Passau!

Check in and check out were great. Very friendly and helpful woman. Room had amusing decoration and nice firm bed.

We weren’t able to drink the tap water due to an issue with the hotel’s water quality and were offered only one 1/2 liter bottle of water for a two day stay. Otherwise we could buy more bottled water. At more than €200 per night, it seems like we could have been offered some more bottled water. One of the staff in the breakfast room with the shaved head and tattoos was doing her best to be unpleasant. We noticed!
