A haven - beautiful! Loved the location, quiet and away from the noise but close enough to Cefalu. Our room was fab, the restaurant catered for our plant-based lifestyle, the lunch/dinner was so so delicious.
amazing views, lovely pool and area to relax in.
Breakfast was not great - and the service at breakfast was not good (unfriendly). The eggs were cold and hard. .
Water and tea/coffee making facilities not provided. Feel water should be standard in these hotels and coffee!

I think the pool is the best part of the place and the dining room had good food. Could be good for renting out the whole place for a wedding for example, but felt pretty isolated overall I felt.
Room was pretty small and AC ok. Its hard to get to and you need to drive everywhere. I thought the overall campus would be larger with more hiking easily reachable. The path on premise is very small and would be great to add some lounge chairs to the areas with a view on the path. Breakfast is late starting in Sicily at like 8am, and so would be great to offer coffee in the room or earlier coffee service in the main area.
