Booked for a two night stay wanting to be within reasonable walking distance of the Bernabeu Stadium and north of the City Centre with good transport links. Spacious well equipped Suite with comfortable beds, modern bathroom, lift and 24 hour reception, luggage storage, helpful staff.
Everything was good.

The location and the big space inside the room. The staff very clever and working a lot all the day. The room needs and update but we had all we need it.
The bed sofa was really bad and very old. And in the main bedroom the mattress was very old, so it needs to be replaced. Our room had a small but very useful kitchen and a lot of space in the dining room.

Very clean. Nice basic interior. Spacious. Location. Friendly, helpfull and thoughtful staff. Facilities. We will definitely go back. Felt like home for a few days.

I liked the location, the staff and the room.
it is very noisy; you can even hear the voices of the people in the other rooms and noise from the streets; I couldn’t sleep well and also the mattress was too soft.
