Great food, service, location, pool, jaccuzzi.This was all inclusive 3 nights stay, which was full of relax and attention.From reception, room cleaning, restaurant service all employees were cheerful, nice, polite. Home made fresh food and lemonade was bonus and big plus of this hotel. Yes it is 4 stars by service and amenities offered. Waiter recommended all around activities possible. Got tickets for cave bath spa on reception. But hotel wellness was very comfortable, warm and organized. Cave spa was our curiosity, happy to visit but in hotel Bastya relaxed more. Food selection was really good on all buffet. Breakfast eggs hot, sidings tasty.Dinner plenty selection of meat, potato, rice.Soups could not be better. Any of them - total 8 soups we tried - were excellent.Thank you all for your hard work, we will be back with our friends.

Suggestion for next remodelation - toilet in bathroom needs adjustment to stay more spacey, mirror iin bathroom is hard to reach and use if you are less than 160cm, staircase was not a problem for us, but is everywhere. Accommodation entrance, wellness entrance, restaurant entrance can reach only by stairs. They are marble beautiful and maintained well, just too many. Some bugs from outside trees might show, but i always use eukalyptus ambiente spray, so no more any flying visitors. Generally is all good and maintained well.

Good first impression: The receptionist showed us the different rooms and escorted us to our room. Room was very big, both a bathtub and a shower in the bathroom. The dinner and the breakfast was very delicious, there was a wide variety of food to choose from, there were cakes, pastries, cold and hot dishes. The wellness area is also very good, there are two jacuzzis, in the evening no one was there except us, so we enjoyed the warm water.

The picture on all the TV shows was grainy, I couldn't watch anything. Parking is quite expensive in the area.

I liked the spa and the kids corner. The staff was quite helpful even though the problem solving wasn't always perfect.

The breakfast wasn't a 4-star breakfast. There was lack of fruits, only apple and the quality of the food was also not the best. Also there was no phone in the room and no tea cattle... in many hotels they give free water and free tea and coffee. I was disappointed that in a 4-star hotel I didn't find these things while in many 3-star I had this experience. Also the room wasn't perfectly cleaned when we arrived. As for the pools the upper pool was too cold while the downer one too hot... there was no in between.

Great location with a beautiful park directly in front of the hotel, including a playground, a duck pond, restaurants, and family-friendly attractions such as a bobsled track and tandem bike rentals. The main room of the family suite was cozy, comfortable, and had a unique charm thanks to its round shape. Breakfast and dinner were decent and offered an acceptable standard, although nothing exceptional. The nearby Ellipsum Aquapark is within walking distance and provided a better overall experience for our family. The wellness area was enjoyable for our children, who had fun in the pools.

Insufficient storage space in the family suite, making it difficult for four people to keep the room organized. The minibar fridge was too small, and there was no proper refrigerator, kettle, or adequate number of glasses. Several maintenance and cleanliness issues, including peeling wallpaper, small mold stains in the shower, spiders, and cobwebs in the room. Missing basic toiletries such as soap, shampoo, and shower gel, which are normally expected in a four-star hotel. The wellness area felt outdated and lacked atmosphere, such as background music. We received a parking fine after parking in a location that reception had specifically confirmed was allowed. The hotel did not take responsibility for the incorrect information or offer any meaningful assistance in resolving the issue.
