The hotel exceeded our expectations; the room was stunning, clean, and well-equipped, with very comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast was excellent, and above all, the staff was outstanding in every aspect of hospitality—offering helpful advice and responding immediately to every request, all while welcoming us with warmth and friendliness. We felt right at home immediately. The hotel was truly unique compared to other places; the building was historic and authentic, offering a stunning view, including an amazing terrace overlooking the mountains and the village. The village itself is wonderful and highly recommended as a base for exploring the area.

Really brought out the traditional Aristi vibes. The staff were super friendly and relaxed. The location was superb to get to the Aristi bridge with two lovely restaurants walking distance away. You really feel like you are in the mountains.

The hotel was a little cramp with head space and the bed was pretty low to the ground. The room was not as spacious and the bathroom shower needed a little upgrading

L’emplacement au cœur des gorges de Vikos est super. La vue sur les gorges et le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse sont vraiment les points forts. Le personnel est très gentil. Hôtel dans une ancienne bâtisse de pierre. On se croirait dans un monastère. De nombreuses marches, des recoins. Beaucoup de fleurs, des petits salons à disposition pour lire avec vue sur la vallée.

Les lits aux sols et oreillers sont durs. Notre chambre était trop petite pour 3. La salle de bain est petite avec une plomberie à remplacer. Attention à la tête au passage des portes. Il ne faut pas être claustrophobe, les fenêtres des chambres sont toutes petites.

The hotel is located in Aristi. It is an old house renovated as hotel in a steep location. It has very small windows, quite dark inside. The view from the breakfast room is nice. The staff is very friendly, they helped us with the baggage. We got a lot of water (complimentary). The breakfast is good.

Apparently there are no options to modernise buildings in Aristi, because it is an UNESCO heritage site. This is a drawback, which affects comfort. The room we had has 3 beds, that's why it is quite low value for money if you go as a couple. The hotel is not suitable for disabled people. In the room you have to use a steep staircase inside to get from the living room to the sleeping room.
