The key collection and drop off was a big problem, with luggage it was not easy to find or walk to. Also we had a night flight and had to give keys back at 10am with nowhere to freshen up or put our luggage at the Gemelos. The reception who we got our keys from were not open all the time and you need a fob to get into the gemelos grounds so couldn’t hand keys in and wait around the pool area till our transfer coach arrived. We found this quite stressful to navigate.
A reception and key drop and luggage storage needed to be on site. Also we had no air con but other guests said they did.

I like the Location. Lots of shops around supermarkets, Lidl is just five minutes walk from the Location. Also, Benidorm market is just five minutes away.
The property was good enough for four people. I was staying with my three children. However, you have to pay attention while Macing your reservation as this property does not have any Wi-Fi or air-conditioner. I have spoken to the agency when I collected the keys, and they explained that it was mentioned on the system while booking so you have to be very careful as they provide some properties with Wi-Fi and AC and others without.
