Lagoon Breeze Villas

Lovely quiet location with a beautiful spot for snorkelling only moments down the road. The property itself was fantastic for families…our daughter loved the playground and the pool was great with a toddler friendly mini pool right next to it. Bonus having a laundry too. Yummy breakfast and superb happy hour cocktails. Highly recommend.

We didn’t have warm water in the shower a couple mornings, but it didn’t affect us too much. Everything else was wonderful.

Great staff, great location, snorkelling straight out from the villas, close to shops. Sunsets. Best place on the island to stay.

Location near to the Rarotongan hotel suited us as the snorkeling is great there. The breakfast was excellent with cereals, toast, fruit and yoghurt. For the price we felt it was reasonable value. Good cooking facilities in your room and filtered water provided.

Our unit was close to the pool and social area so there was plenty of noise from others from fairly early in the morning. Unfortunately there were a few nights when other guests kept us awake as we were unable to avoid their noise. For us, the bed was uncomfortable and we felt a lack of privacy. It felt a little like staying in a campground hut over New Year’s Eve. This wasn’t the fault of Lagoon Breeze Villas and most of our stay was pleasant. Due to a few inconsiderate people in the wee hours, we did not really enjoy some of our stay. After a lot of thought we decided to shorten our stay. The property seems very well suited to families and I would imagine does not usually attract inconsiderate groups. I think we were unlucky.
