Simple functional room arrangement: a bed, a table and two chairs, no unnecessary decorations. Nice clean bathroom. Guest kitchenette with stove, microwave oven, kettle and guest refrigerator. Good central location, one short tram stop from the main railway station. Supermarket and various restaurants nearby.
Single elevator for the whole building. 10-15 minutes waiting times at the reception.

I wrote on booking twice that I'll need a parking space, none was reserved. The room was really hot, the windows couldn't be opened all the way. One was stuck, the one in the bathroom was stuck and the only remaining one could only be opened half way due to safety reasons
