Amazing room with the perfect view. Comfortable and clean. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Booked a massage and that was wonderful as well. Walking distance to the cathedral and port. Plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area. Felt very safe the entire time as a single traveler.
Larger cars (tour vans/ubers) cannot drive directly to the front of the hotel. They will, however, call you a taxi that picks up directly in front of the hotel, if need.

The quality, location and the very friendly and professional staff. The beds are insanely comfortable!!
For a five star hotel, i’d expect a swimming pool or more options of cafes and restaurants within the hotel.

The pool area is beautiful & is set in a lovely bay. The food is delicious & we were given generous portions - the staff were very friendly .
On arrival we were given a villa that smelt damp & musty . It transpired it had drainage issues. It was a stressful start to the vacation . A day later we were moved but it took considerable pressure. They said no one else had complained but there was a review showing other guests had experienced the same issue. It is an expensive resort & not the problem we should have encountered. We made a complaint to Booking.com.

Hotel was weirdly dark - our room was huge but window looked on to a wall so we never knew what the weather was like outside (a “deluxe” room!) and the hallways were super dark also, gave the impression of living in a basement (we were on the 3rd floor)
A room with a view - or any kind of light. Better lighting in the rooms and hallways
