Avis et évaluations

Excellent location, just a 7-minute walk from Republic Square and the city centre. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and helpful.
The hotel is rather dated and does not meet 5-star standards. The rooms and lobby do not justify its 5-star rating. Breakfast was disappointing and there is no on-site restaurant.

I only liked the reception staff as they were helpful and tried their best to give good service.
Your house keeping should be faster and your rooms should be updated and cleaner. You should lower your pricing as your hotel is old and had bugs and not clean. Your are priced higher than a Dubai hotel that is much much cleaner. I will never book with your hotel again because of these things.
