Hotel Aqua Roma

Aquapark was just amazing. Me and my kids enjoyed it very much. Very comfortable, plenty of deck-chairs, beach volleybal, beautiful natural surroundings. Breakfast was OK, but was not replenished later. Rooms in the attic are small.

The facilities are amazing. They have a beautiful pool (which was just opening), a great outdoor restaurant on a terrace overlooking the beautiful mountains. And breakfast is free!

The rooms need updating. Carpets are old and stained and the bathrooms are a bit tired. Our clothes drying rack had something wrong and it leaked a huge pool of water in the bathroom floor

The staff was friendly and helped me check in past the closing hours. Overall it’s a decent hotel but a bit run down and I think with just a bit of renovation it could be great

The carpets in the room were stained everywhere and there was hair on the toilet.

Price/Value ratio ok, Restaurant within facility is nice if you arrive late and need something to eat, also restaurant prices are okay. Lasko beer from tap is also nice. It's good for a single night stay if you are in need of a simplistic accomodation.

I think most aspects of the hotel room and also outdoor area need refurbishment. Mold in the shower was very visible, handles were loose or broken,.... During night I was particularly annoyed by some permanent, high frequency noise, which probably came from some facility installation. Window was also not sealing off outside noises well (trains etc). Breakfast was baseline okay, but not covering any vegetables and the cheese looked very industrial. It seems the hotel had it's peak in the early 2000s, and no investments were done since many years. Can not recommend to stay here for a multi day vacation.
