The gardens were so beautiful! It was so peaceful walking through and seeing all of the different varieties of plants.The decor throughout the property, from the beautiful bird outside our room to the furniture, it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy. The convenience of the private boat to get to the various towns on the lake was a bonue!
Everything was great! Nothing to report that I would change.

The rooms… they should have a/c, coffee maker and refrigerator.

The serving staff were friendly and helpful
There was a variety of options for breakfast
The hotel gardens were amazing and there were beautiful plants inside the hotel along the corridors etc
The decor was tasteful and attractive
Paying over US$330 for a lakeside view and barely seeing the lake
The amenities in the room ...extra small shower stall with a hand held shower head attached to the wall, no air con and its NOT cool at night in June so sleeping is difficult. The standing fan was useless.
The room needs some upgrading
