Clean, well equipped room and smart hotel communal rooms. Quiet, everything worked as it should. Staff could not have been more helpful.
Sport on to in every bar and restaurant, with volume up in the otherwise very smart LBK bar. We don’t all want to watch cricket and football while we’re having dinner/breakfast/cocktails! Incidentally main beach nearby is a shocker with lots of construction going on at the moment. Don’t bother with it (as at October 2026)

Ambience, food, comfort, hospitality all were good.Staff are very courteous and helpful. It is located very close to the railway station, easy to get uber and autos to commute anywhere in the city. In house cab service are also comfortable.
I asked for an extension of check out/ half day rate as my train my rescheduled by 4 hours which they didnt comply. They took the whole day's tariff for the extra time. Since many guests will be coming to trivandrum for work purpose, it will be beneficial to have a more flexible allotments.
