DC Suites Aeropuerto

I needed a room close to the airport for a late plane arrival, and DC Suites met the need perfectly, with easy and fast shuttle pick-up, and late check-in. The room was fairly basic, but clean and comfortable, and excellent value for the price. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and bonus marks for on-site breakfast, and shuttle to the bus next morning.

There is always something you can complain about if you try hard, but honestly, there was nothing that really bothered me or outweighed the positives. If I were staying longer, a jug to make coffee and a fridge would have been nice, but none of that mattered for a single overnight stay.

A bit difficult to find, the area was not what we would expect, located in a back alley. Once inside, it was great.

The appeal for me was it's proximity to Guayaquil airport and the bus terminal, in fact it is walking distance. I was only passing through and staying one night to catch a flight the next morning and this was ideal for me. It was reasonably priced, clean and comfortable with a laundromat just across the road and a good sized shopping mall about 10 minute walk away. Guayaquil has it's issues but at no time did I feel unsafe walking around. The staff at the accommodation were great and they also run a shuttle to and from the airport or bus terminal for $6 - great value in my view.

Nothing, thought it was good value for money and so convenient for my situation.
