The breakfast and location were excellent—the hotel is right in the city centre. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety, as you’d expect. Having parking right in front of the hotel was a huge plus.
The room was on the fourth floor, and the sound of raindrops hitting the metal roof was quite noticeable. The floor itself seemed fine, but it flexed and dipped when we walked on it. There was also a strong sewage smell in the bathroom, so we had to keep the small extractor fan running day and night. Fortunately, it kept the smell from spreading into the room; otherwise, the stay would have been unbearable.

Hotel De Koka was a very positive surprise. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room had an acceptable size, there is a wardrobe with hangers, a functioning safe, enough towels, etc. The staff was nice and helpful. The location is perfect. Old Town is just a few steps away and the city center is also at short walking distance. Breakfast was tasty and offered a diverse selection. Staying here was a good choice and I can recommend it.
The lighting in the bathroom is just too dark and the water in the shower didn't get as hot as I would have liked. Both are only minor issues though and didn't change my overall positive experience.

it was in the city center.
the room was very very small with an improvised toilet door. The coffe was at a vending machine like it was 1995.
