The apartment was spacious, comfortable and very well located in the centre of Brno. It worked very well for two families, and we appreciated the easy self check-in instructions. The location was excellent for exploring the city on foot, and communication with Martina was friendly and helpful whenever we needed something. She also arranged an additional key for us, which made our stay much easier.
It would have been helpful to have two sets of keys from the beginning, especially for a larger group. The access to the rubbish area was also a little unclear at first. For a seven-night stay, it would also have been nice if a towel change was included without an additional charge.

The location is great, in the city center but in a quite street.
3 min walking to tram station, 8 min walking from grocery stores.

Nice building. Best place, safe, clean and comfortable for a family of 4 at the center of the town. Everything was fine.
We face a little difficulties when we arrived how to find the key but with a help of the girl who answer the telephone everything was solve. I believe with the confirmation of the booking they can sent and a photo of the place where is the key.

The apartment is well situated and very central. We have stayed in this apartment twice now and other apartments in the same building so know the area well. The terrace area is lovely and the apartment is spacious.
The cutlery in the kitchen was dirty, the kick plates under the fridge / cupboards were falling off.
The shower leaks as the shower head is in am awkward position. The plug in the bathroom sink gets stuck when you press it down.
The TV doesn't connect to any Netflix etc or any channels that are watchable (this was also the case when we stayed 2 years ago in the same apartment - so there has been no change or upgrade).
To collect the keys, you have to walk down a hill behind the building across a busy road, previously when we stayed the keys were in a lock box attached the apartment building so this is a pain if you have just arrived with luggage.
Personally i wouldn't stay here again as there are better options out there. There has been no care or attention to detail in the apartment since we stayed last time.
