Awesome location and staff were super friendly and helpful 🌟
The lifts weren’t working, we were the 16th floor and so was a bit inconvenient waiting for support. Our room was also near a staff doorway and so could hear it opening and shutting a lot during the night. Our room was super big, but only a double bed which looked a bit lost, would have been great to have had a king as per the room description.

I appreciate the staff approach; facilities and the breakfast. They also offered to book me a cab on my way out.
I felt the black cab booked was not trustworthy. Not knowing that I live in London, he was driving me around the area several times before getting back on to the main road, to increase his pay.

We really enjoyed the spa despite the jacuzzi being out of action. The property was decorated well and had an executive feel
The sky high room felt considerably overlooked by another building that it felt uncomfortable to keep the blind open. There was no way to control the temperature in the bathroom, nor a way to block the sun from lighting the bedroom through the frosted bathroom door
