Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner - is very good & tasty. Room is also very good.

The breakfast was amazing, hotel staff very kind and helpful. Swimming pool was lovely.
Location too far from the historic centre and the traffic was very heavy

Cleanliness . From concierges no help in loading stuffs or opening car doors or giving eye contacts for help !! Reception for any help phone is not picked up taking long delay. Asked for a luggage weighing scale it took long time to deliver & the room boy was not friendly enough to wait or to comeback to collect and he was hurrying the process . Lights were working overall cleanliness of the room felt not great . As this is our fourth time staying in kochi Marriot this is the first time we felt something like this
